Cancellation Policy

-Standard Single Session Policy- Rescheduling : Purchaser is eligible to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours of their original appointment time. If less than 24 hours, the purchaser forfeits their right to reschedule. Cancellations : Cancellations made by purchaser 72 hours before the scheduled session will receive a refund with a 5% processing fee deducted. Cancellations made by purchaser 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee that is equal to 50% of the paid service rate. Cancellations not made by purchaser within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time surrender their service fee completely; and forfeit their right to reschedule. **Under extenuating circumstances the servicer may make an exception within their own discretion. Please contact them directly.** **If the servicer, Kiayana Elizabeth Sacred Healing Arts, has to cancel an appointment unexpectedly, the purchaser is eligible to choose between rescheduling or a full refund.**
